Middle of the afternoon, Homeless dude is seen talking to himself and dragging the City and County green trash bins designated for the Chinatown businesses. He is seen moving across traffic, cars stopped to watch him.
Eventually he puts the green bins together to build his space.
Can’t make this stuff up!
CW member took these photos and emailed it to the area supervisor of the city and county’s department of environmental services (trash) . He’s not happy and will locate those bins in the morning and address this homeless individual appropriately.
