CW member follows this man into the Kekaulike Courtyards/Kekaulike Market municipal garage stairwell. CW member approaches him – ‘Eh what you doing here?, you don’t have a car parked here’ – 3 seconds, no response – ‘brah, get out of here- don’t be disrespecting this guy who’s trying to clean and keep the stairs clean, please leave now’. Wonder why or what he was don’t in the garage and stairwell.
Sadly, getting in and out of this city municipal parking garage stairwells that comes up onto the street level. Most recently it seems more homeless individuals are ‘hiding’ in these stairwells; avoiding HPD/Security sit/lie. Also seen individuals bringing their take out meals from River of Life since they no longer can ‘dine in’.
