All oner chinatown/ downtown I see trash being left on the sidewalks. In planters, on any surface except in a trash can? What the hell is the problem?
What is with so many lazy people leaving their trash on the sidewalk when a trash can is literally a few feet away… I can only say it’s a product of bad parenting
