I confronted this woman on fort st mall about committing welfare fraud and being a public nuisance… she starts yelling “go ahead and call the cops, they all know me, I’ve been doing this for five years and proud of it (although obviously not so proud she would let me get a photo of her face… hahahaha). Why are HPD neglecting to report these people to social services? Apparently ignoring the degradation of honolulu is considered “job security?”
