Where the sit laid law work? Protecting homeless?
How about yelling to the residence, sit against the property, hanging a bottle by putting nail on the property, throwing rubbish on the street, waving stick and rock to me when I am trying to tell them nicely to leave because of the noise.
The law is not on the right side. And I understand why HPD can’t do too much. Again, one crazy night.
We the owners of Chinatown, need to stand up and fight hard on the battle. We need to give our residence a piece of mind. They can’t sleep. Fair?
The only way to do is to change the law. People is leaving Chinatown and now downtown. So, wake up!
