Known to CW members this homeless female ‘RaeAnn’ is caught napping inside the municipal garage passage lobby into N. Hotel St. No big deal perhaps until she and others decides to hang around in this area… people who park their cars in this municipal garage and traversing to the exit would likely NOT be too comfortable or happy to see and smell ‘RaeAnn’ and friends.
