Most mornings ‘Harry’ is seen around 8:00 a.m. making a mess, creating a trash pile at the Kekaulike Mall. He was passed out this morning. CW member EW, ‘hey you need to get up and clean up this area’… Harry gets up and starts up with the trash. HPD was called to address his crazy antics with the cardboard, boxes and trash.
