Homeless guy who broke ROL’s window last weekend came back today and did it again! Yelling and swearing at the top of his lungs. He grabbed a loose stick from the bulb-out and smashed the window. At mid-day with shops and pedestrians all around!!
Get these crazy, violent people out of our community!
