This lost soul approaches a USPS postman parked in his delivery truck and decides to hit the hood with a metal can. USPS postman calls HPD for assistance as this lost soul decides to unload purposefully or accidentally his shopping carts in the middle of the street. HPD arrives and he decides to hit the responding patrol car’s window with his fist. Few other HPD officers shows up. Just another homeless man and creating a nuisance and wasting everyone’s time.
