Another morning walk in Chinatown makes me sad.
Why do people think it’s ok to make trash and leave it as such at the parking lot on Nuuanu and North Beretania or bags of trash along Maunakea St. (No it’s not trash day).
Why don’t we see more aggressive sanitation / enforcement efforts in Chinatown?
