Once again the City Refuse did not pick up this pile on Friday 7/12/19 since many of the merchants did not properly secure their trash in black trash bags per City’s guidance. Homeless may have also opened up all the trash bags and left the trash on the sidewalk.
Either way it’s an sanitation issue that’s not going away this weekend allowing visitors, residents and businesses to see how bad Chinatown has become.
