Trash pile at kekaulike & Hotel… putting the trash left here in big black trash bags only lasted two days and they are back to trashing our neighbourhood

Not sure what prompted it, but many of the merchants have started putting their trash out in industrial black trash bags .. unlike the white kitchen bags, they are not torn open with trash spread over the sidewalks in the morning… for some merchants it seems to have been too much extra work.. they were back to just throwing their boxes and trash on the sidewalk two days later
