She goes into the shops, yells and swears at the merchants and their customers. She loiters in front, smoking and swearing. Cops make her leave and she comes right back for more. Today she threw a lit cigarette at one of our lei sellers. It’s CRAZY that she has the “right” to roam around harassing our hard-working merchants!
