River of Life’s (a “soup kitchen”) noble mission is to help feed the homeless every day in Chinatown yet many homeless don’t seem to appreciate the kind gestures of ROL and the surrounding community. Due to COVID19 the homeless are no longer able to ‘dine in’ to be fed spiritually and physically. The homeless are given a take out plate and a cup of liquid.
Guess where the take out plate and cups end up?
Here’s an example- Bus Stop at N. Hotel St and Maunakea St. Look around Chinatown after a feeding period and see the empty cups and plates left on the sidewalks. Or another bus stop. What do we expect ROL and the homeless to do? GTFO of Chinatown!
