5/23/22 around 12:45p merchant Yong market at 134 N King St apprehends this thief going into his delivery van as well as this red convertible (tourist rental car) before. HPD officers quickly arrived and arrested this thief (seated on the sidewalk, then put into a patrol car.. it’s broad daylight snd both vehicles were ‘open’ easy prey. The tourist and the merchant got their things back, probably this thief will be RPI. Released Pending Investigation.
