why is it every morning I walk my dog past here and through out the day more and more trash is left in the landscaping … have never seen an officer ticket anyone for littering?
space between walgreens and the doughnut shop at hotel/bishop trashed daily with three trash cans in that space…. WHAT THE HELL?
