Nice Wednesday morning, NO mask, NO social distancing, NO care but just hanging out with the drinking buddies at the front of Sun Yet Sen Park on 20-30 block of South Hotel. From across the street there was at least two guys drinking; one had it in the brown paper bag another didn’t care with a tall can of Mickeys.
Called HPD but it’s likely they will be back again.
