2/17/22 4:30p CW member strolling by the Smith Beretania Park; reports that homeless has taken up this park.. Yep sure looks like it..
Sad that this community park with basketball courts and play ground for the little ones is seeing loose dogs, drugged out individuals sleeping and shopping carts at the entrance..
