Middle of the day 12:15 noon, walking my middle school daughter to Marukame Udon at Fort St. Mall from Chinatown, passing the City and County of Honolulu Satellite City Hall, Chinatown Gateway building and the busy TheBus Stop County of Honolulu, I spotted this (40s-50s, could be local-Asian) woman removing ALL her clothing and taking a ‘sknny dip’ in the water feature. She wasn’t shy about her behavior or her body, pedestrians walking by can see her entire nude frontal, exposing everything and facing all of S. Hotel St. for a moment. After lunch, 30 minutes later she was sitting with a handful of homeless men and women at the Sun Yat Sen park (next to the Hawai’i Theater. With this PG photo, you really can’t make this stuff up. What’s wrong with those that are roaming our streets? Many need help!
