Almost daily this very dis shelved, and dirty homeless black male sits on the sidewalk, most times in front of 120 block of N Hotel and stares at people walking by and at times he’s asking for money. Today Chinatown Watch member EW asked the HPD officers on bike detail to address this individual. Most times, HPD officers just tell him to leave and he gets up, leaves and later comes back.
This man needs help, he needs mental and medical attention.
Why is it ok for our government officials to allow someone in his condition to sit and lie along the sidewalks.
