Reportedly this nut case was yelling nonsense around 5:30am today along Maunakea St, later she’s start hitting parked cars on the street really hard on the hood, bit later she was yelling nonsense along the Kekaulike Mall spooking bystanders.
During the early morning outburst on Maunakea St, a resident flagged a police officer who was driving by and reported this “public disturbance’ and concern how’s she’s hitting the cars with her bare palms however the officer drove around a block or so but may have not address this nut case. If so, she probably would’ve not been yelling again hours later on the Mall or on North Hotel St.
This was later in the day as she calmed and eating her River of Life take out food box squatting on the sidewalk fronting CJ Liquors on N Hotel St. ; almost across the front door of the police substation in Chinatown.
Sadly we see that she needs mental help yet the responding police officer and River of Life feeding operations seems to enable her to go about her business of being a walking yelling case around Chinatown. She’s one of many that is roaming aimlessly, where’s the outreach agencies when you need them?!?
