CW member observed ‘Connie’ back onto the streets of Chinatown this morning; 11/29/21, 8:00a.
Why? What happened in the last week or two when she was not seen around Chinatown?
Why NOT? because she needs help.. What’s going on with agencies out there? Who is allowing her to put back on the streets?
Why NOT? because this CW member witness her stumbling in and out of businesses this morning and touching food and produce with her filthy hands. She is not well, mentally and physically and most don’t know what to do with her in their shops.
Why NOT? because this cycle of “treat ‘um, street um” is NOT working; it’s sickening to see chronic issues festering here in Chinatown starting with someone like ‘Connie’ who should be housed in a mental facilities.
