note the various time stamp (over 4 hours) of this lady first was just sitting at the bus stop talking to herself and smelling really bad, she eventually is on the sidewalk and spread her things out.
1:22p the police tried to persuade to move along after a citation was handed to her.
Her excuse to the officer (CW member heard it) ‘ I cannot move cuz I am disabled ‘
Hmmm I wonder how she got there in the first place? .
So it looks like she’s gonna sit on the sidewalk at this bus stop for a long time. ??
