Sad to see this homeless, crippled (one leg) individual who’s is sitting steps from a liquor store on N. Hotel St. drinking in public..
CW member who took this photo was with the Ali’i (city) security guards who asked this individual to get up and keep moving along as he was sitting and ‘self medicating’ himself with a nice cold 16 oz. serving of Mickey ICE, a brew ale with a 5.8% alcohol volume. It’s sad that he’s stuck in a cycle of being intoxicated, no where to go except sit/lie in his filth, on the sidewalks of Chinatown. He needs help.
