This establishment (a drug hang out bar on Nuuanu Avenue) escalated saving parking spaces by putting a bucket. People would just knock over their cones. Called HPD and the officer just yelled at them (another day) to move the cones so these law breakers must have influence (as they said, “don’t call the cops because they will tell me who ratted”)
