CW member flagged down an HPD officer to address the issue; the officer tells this CW member, ‘oh him again, he’s always making mess; ok I’ll go and talk to him’… few hours later he’s gone from the bus stop but left a pile of the trash around and on the chairs. Wanna bet he’ll be back on the bus stop tomorrow?
