She got her breakfast plate at River of Life, walked across the street to a shop where the owner was sitting at his table making lei. UNPROVOKED she shouted & swore at him. She knocked his flowers down off his table. Kept shouting until he chased her away. This is what it’s like every day that River of Life attracts mentally unhinged people to our community and takes no responsibility for the many ways they damage our community.
