“photo from 11/29/21 around 4 p.m. from the car’s camera as this male on a bike rolls up to the car, opened the passenger side door and snatched the purse from someone who was just starting to park her car along River St. near N. Hotel St.
Driving into Chinatown, esp. ladies with purses left on the seat needs to be mindful of who’s coming around when parking.
Windows closed? Doors Locked??
