Punk decides to pull the fire alarm at this 76 unit residential building in Chinatown at 5:40a, Friday 1/7/2022
Minutes earlier, punk was sleeping under the stairwell in the garage, elderly maintenance man, cleaner asked him to leave; he argues and throws a plastic trash bin at a parked truck. Eventually punk leaves the garage and on his way out, he pulls the alarm.
Honolulu Fire Dept shows up as the building is evacuated at 5:45a, most residents including elderly and few with mobility devices were not happy to woken up so early and be evacuated.
