A known homeless lady with a shopping cart hangs out all day near Maunakea Marketplace, ok we will can live with that.
Some days she’s nice yet some days she’s mouthing off to anyone asking her to not sit/lie on the sidewalks front businesses.
For weeks, Chinatown stakeholders have asked this homeless lady not to urinate on the sidewalk however she would mouth off and continues to do her thing no matter what time of the day. Is this normal behavior for a grown woman to pee against a tree in Chinatown? She needs mental help! We are all tired of seeing and stepping in pee and poop on the streets around Chinatown.
