A Police officer just drove by River of Life with it’s usual accumulation of sit-lie violators, about 6, and did nothing. However when he saw someone parked in a Police parking stall by the substation, he made them move and then drove on his way.
Why do Police parking spaces get the officer’s attention and not the people in plain sight violating the law?
