This younger male, Polynesian and/or Micronesian spend hours around Chinatown esp. near two TheBus stops at 130-160 block of N. Hotel St. and Kekaulike Mall asking anyone and everyone for $1. We observed him being quite aggressive in approaching, he’s quick to block the person’s path and gets in front of the people. At least two people, part of ChinatownWatch asked him to leave, minutes later he continues. HPD was called however we waited for a good 10 minutes to ID this pandhandler but leave since the panhandler was walking away.
