A Chinatown visitor, a friend of CW member comes into Chinatown this afternoon, gets her things and now sees this as she leaves Chinatown on TheBus. She cannot believe what she is seeing, at a public bus stop. Seeing is believing right? Believe us, normal sane people are NOT pooping middle of the day on TheBus stops. Why are there people with mentally challenged, substance abuse issues roaming the streets as if no social agencies exist? Is the City and it’s leadership allowing Chinatown to be the ‘dumping grounds’? Why doesn’t River of Life Mission who feeds mostly homeless individuals be accountable; since they and other places are closed due to COVID-19 including the Mental Health Kokua/Safe Haven hygienic center where do these homeless individuals go after eating their 2-3 FREE meals a day from River of Life?
