Just before the lunch hour, this known homeless creep, unstable from drugs or alcohol strolling in the Maunakea Marketplace food court.
CW member and the food court (volunteer) security person asked this creep to leave but he does not initially. He evens argue, rambling nonsense. The poor workers, 3 ladies were a scared and decided to not serve him; they even left their food stall so he would leave. Eventually HPD was called however this creep left before the officers showed up.
