This woman was creating a nuisance in the front of a residential building on Maunakea St. using the intercom system. The intercom system allows visitors to ring the residents living in the building for access. Last week she was asked by the building manager if she needed help in locating someone. She spoke gibberish (someone had her furniture upstairs, no sure who, later she said she needed to see a friend) for a few minutes and finally left . It was determined she was not visiting anyone here. Earlier this morning, same incident with using the enter phone randomly punching in numbers. Building manager told her to leave and she became irate. She started to pull on the door handles to enter the building and was yelled at to leave the property. She continues to yell back in gibberish to the building manager ‘I want you deported’ . Finally she leaves after yelling back and forth for a few minutes. She smelled bad and likely to be ‘high’ and needed a mental evaluation.
