Almost every morning, merchants along the 130 block of N. Hotel St. struggle to open shop encountering blocked doorways by vagrants.
This individual, likely homeless and slept overnight at the front of the business, doesn’t leave until the police was called. He slowly moves his things and creates a ruckus. It’s a shame that HPD needs to be called as this individual is apparently mentally unstable.
