here’s what’s going on …So the staff at River of Life (a soup kitchen feeding the homeless) claims they banned this disruptive individual ‘Herman’ fr meal services YET someone brings a plate for him to enjoy .. What service what a life!
Next to him is another individual looking inside the trash bin for Food??! Or maybe Recycling!!?
Oh yes this is at TheBus stop while all other regulars citizens like this CW member are standing up waiting for their bus and watching him eat.
