Didn’t notice this graffiti (or is it urban art) last week at the rolling gate into the Honolulu Police Department’s Chinatown SubStation facing busy Maunakea St. If it is graffiti and not authorized, I find it quite bold for someone to ‘tag’ the sub station. Ironic!!
