If we allow one peddler who’s to say anyone cannot peddle in Chinatown?
Everyday there’s deals from shoplifted item to items bought with food stamps, etc.
Isn’t it against the law to use food stamps to buy items and resell?

These seller are criminals yet buyers flock to save a few $.
