Illegal peddler on the Kekaulike Mall. Someone told him earlier to leave as he cannot sell on the Mall yet he stayed. A little later, Chinatown Watch member EW told him to leave, and he eventually packed up and left. We are wondering how someone that is likely (seems) homeless would have a duffel bag full of new measuring tape, pliers, and other low end tools for sale.
