Another illegal peddler on N Hotel St. He was asked to leave on the Kekaulike Mall and continued to sell when CW members asked him to stop selling he points his middle finger.
Eventually CW member told all of his ‘customers’ to leave or the CW member will be photographing his illegally peddling. The customers all left immediately; CW member even allowed the customers to leave their mask on while this peddler has NO face mask.
