CW member Asked the prospective buyer to not buy from a peddler and to support local stores instead.
You can hear in the background a Chinese lady, a shopkeeper yelling out to the (presumably) Chinese prospective buyer to not support people who gets these bags of rice from fraud using EBT/SNAP, aka food stamps. Wanna bet that this peddler wants cash to buy drugs and or alcohol?
