So how did we got a hold of this photo??!
Let Kevin know that he left or drop his smartphone in a secured private property while we see him on camera trespassing; rummaging in people’s laundry in the common area laundry machines, walking around touching apartment door knobs checking for unlocked doors and eventually twisting off the lock and stealing a bike on his way out.
Before sneaking into the building he was also pointed out as the one who shoplifted two (2) butcher cleavers from a Chinatown merchant on North King St.
While CW member was checking around the area, talking to merchants including the owner of Fred’s Sundries; Kevin’s ‘uncle’ tells us that their family is from Chuuk and knows Kevin is now ‘lives’ on the streets near the Montgomery Motors, Nimitz Highway encampment and that Kevin is NOT a minor. CW member with the lost smartphone offers to the ‘uncle’ to have Kevin come by to get his smartphone back.
