These houseless loitering on Maunakea Street against the Chinese Cultural Plaza property and on the property is a daily happening both day and night. Only 1 guard is allowed by plaza mgmt office. We hear these ppl threaten the guards and chase the guards. Police come, they move but return within the hour. They have been heard yelling they don’t care they own the area, no one tells them what to do. They will do whatever they want. Plaza mgmt not doing anything to address this and make the area safe again. These ppl are a mix of dealers, boosters, addicts…all houseless. They also hang out on the Beretania street side of the plaza. Beware the plaza is not safe at all.
