Some homeless lady was at their front door earlier; owner doesn’t know what to do a few hours later when she’s long gone and left her things at the front of their restaurant. HPD officer Hsia was called and suggested to the owner to just dump it. Owner takes out two black trash bags and puts her things in it and left it at the side of the sidewalk for trash pick up.
Why is this normal that busy shop keepers need to take the risk of sanitation and clean up some nut case mess left at their front door?
