it’s 12/9/2021 at 180-190 block of N. Hotel St, fronting the Winston Hale, a shopkeeper along this sidewalk complained to this CW member. Shopkeeper needs to open shop in the morning with people camped in front. He wash down the sidewalks daily before opening up.
This is not good for business to have a whole group of homeless, many intoxicated individuals loitering in front.
HPD was called because of the ruckus and nuisance going on. Damm it the leave behind poop and even an empty Smirnoff Ice Smash can. Few hours later then are back. Why is loitering allowed?
