I am in Chinatown in 4 months, facing the homeless issue mostly causing by ROL. I want to say: ROL, God did tell you to help the needy, he did not tell you to bring suffering to Chinatown. Chinatown belongs to local people, not your 750 to 1000 meal unsanitary operation. I have to pick up your trash everyday!
