Called HPD to address ‘suspicious activity’ involving a Madza van (SCD 460) parked in the same stall for days at the 1200 Block of Maunakea St. (across the Zippys on Vineyard Blvd and along Borthwick Mortuary) It appears to be a ‘homeless encampment’ attracting street people to (guessing) deal drugs and hanging around. Told HPD dispatch we notice at least someone is in the van and two others hanging when we drove by. One was sleeping on the sidewalk (photo)
