City security asking dude to get up; they are enforcing the sit and lie; dude has a cardboard sign asking for spare change and hasn’t moved for hours.
Dude gets confrontational first verbally then physically, getting up and chasing the guards with his cane. Obviously he wasn’t the faster of the two with some disability and ailment on his leg.
HPD was called however guards and dude leaves the scene minutes before 5 HPD cars shows up.
