Now the homeless are leaving cartloads of unattended items between the sidewalks by the park and parking lot. There is a lot of unwanted activities in and around the parking lots. I have been doing my part to call HPD but it is tiring.There was a man stark naked in and locked in the elevator of the parking lot the other day, I called HPD and they responded. They got him out and did nothing as they said he was arrested 15 times and they just let him out. Ugh!Just the fact seeing all these homeless peoples and they stink and smell like urine and they hoard over the sidewalks and block the way for people who are walking….The mayor says he loves Chinatown … How can he let this happen?
